What to expect when you get in contact with me:
A 10 minute Phone Call in order to discuss in detail about your goals and situation in order to make sure I am the correct fit to be your trainer
proceeding this you will be asked to fill out a Questionaire in order for me to get a more in depth understanding of you and your habits in order to have a progressive consultation
As stated after this we will have a Free consultation to go over the questionaire and further topics in order for me to gather information to create the perfectly tailored workout and nutrition plan
then after this you have the option to continue with me through either One to One Persoanl Training or Online Coaching which are described in great detail below alongside a highly personalised and tailored training and nutrition plan with regualr adjustments when necessary, full contact via Whatsapp alongside detailed weekly check ins
